 The 2010 Southeast Partners in Flight meeting will be held at the UF Hilton Conference Center in Gainesville, FL from March 9 - 11. This will be a joint meeting with the Adaptive Management Conference Series. Call for papers, early registration, and hotel information are now available. The deadline for early registration and submission of abstracts is Monday, February 15, 2010. The room block at the conference hotel will be held until February 5, 2010.

Second breeding season in songbirds |

Here's yet another reason to be working with our Mexican and Central American partners. A paper in PNAS recently documented 5 North American songbirds breeding during stopover in Western Mexico. Who would've though that orioles, vireos, cuckoos, and chats were sneaking
in another breeding season on the way to the wintering grounds?
